How does SocialClub work?

Its simple, when you download the SocialClub App youll see which bars, restaurants, and nightclubs in your area are participating. Then simply choose any one of them to go to and redeem your free drink through the app.

How many drinks do I get for free?

You get ONE FREE drink EVERY day at any ONE of the participating venues. And yes, you can get up to 31 drinks per month.

Can I go to the same Venue every day?

You can go everyday to one of our Venue partners. However, you can only order up to 4 free drinks per month in the same location.

What type of drinks can I get?

You can get cocktails, beer, wine, & mixed drinks (think vodka soda, rum & coke, gin & tonic, etc). Be sure to check out the drink section on each bars page to find out.

How much is membership?

The App is free to download and everyone gets a free trial automatically. If you like the service, and we know you will, its only €9,99 a month after that. Yes, that is less than you would normally be paying for one drink.

Where is SocialClub now?

Our initial launch is in Munich and Berlin. We’ve partner with top bars and restaurants adding more bars every week. Over the next few months were expanding nationwide. So feel free to shoot us an e-mail if you want to see us in your city, well be there shortly.

How soon after subscribing can I order my first Drink?

Immediately. As soon as you activate the subscription on the app, you’re good to go.

Seems too good to be true, why are the bars doing this?

SocialClub serves as a free marketing tool for venues. As both a lead generation and customer loyalty platform SocialClub benefits the establishments it partners with just as much as you benefit from the free drinks. Its one of those rare situations where everybody wins.

How do I cancel my SocialClub membership?

Easy. Go in the App and click “Contact” them choose “Cancel Subscription” from the main menu and follow the instructions. You can also open a cancellation ticket by e-mailing [email protected]. Deleting the App itself does NOT automatically unsubscribe you.
